Maison de Garniac accompanies you to discover or rediscover the best of fresh truffles. The black truffle is the jewel of French gastronomy. Production is unpredictable and quantities limited, especially as the season runs from December to February.

Thanks to our local roots, we offer French truffles with a powerful, refined and complex taste. We select the very best in quality, freshness and craftsmanship.

The truffles are vacuum-packed and all checked: washed and caned (with a notch to check maturity).

You can also freeze them as they are. If you wish to freeze them in slices or chips, please let us know in the comments section when you place your order.

We recommend 10 grams of black truffle per person to enhance your dishes.

Cooking tips

Black truffles are not cooked, but can be heated slightly. Add it at the end of the recipe.
