We offer you a unique opportunity to combine theory and practice with a culinary workshop!

You’ll learn techniques for preparing truffled dishes.

No pre-requisites for this workshop.

During the summer truffle season – tuber aestivum, from May to September.

Workshop dates will be agreed with participants. The workshop can be reserved for groups of 4 or more.

Workshop format

The workshop lasts 1 hour 30 minutes and consists of a brief introduction to truffles with a visit to our truffle arboretum, followed by a culinary workshop.

Possibility of extending with a truffle tasting.
