We select the very best in quality and freshness.

We recommend 10/15 grams of truffle per person to enhance your dishes.

Freshness

Our fresh truffles are firm to the touch. They are clean and canifted (lightly cut into the flesh) to appreciate their quality.

On receipt, remove the truffles from the vacuum bag and store in the fridge, wrapped in kitchen paper (change paper every day), for one week.

Security

Shipments are tracked and sent at controlled temperatures. Our truffles are vacuum-packed in our laboratory before shipment.

Cooking tips

Burgundy truffles do not cook, but can be heated slightly. Add them at the end of a recipe (omelettes, fresh pasta, etc.).
