Description

ORIGIN
Our black “tuber melanosporum” truffles are all native to south-east France (departments: Gard, Vaucluse, Drôme and Ardèche). These are Extra Class truffles: truffles weighing 20 grams or more.

Freshness
Our fresh black truffles are firm to the touch. They are clean and canifted (lightly cut into the flesh) to appreciate their quality.
Upon receipt, store your truffles in the fridge for one week.

Security
Shipments are tracked and sent at controlled temperatures. Our truffles are vacuum-packed in our laboratory before shipment.

Cooking tips
Black truffles are not cooked, but can be heated slightly. Add it at the end of the recipe.
Black truffles need a creamy texture to express their full range of aromas: cream and butter are the perfect accompaniments.
