Maison de Garniac proposes a preparation with black truffles, and only black tuber melanosporum truffles.

Our black truffle brisures are made from whole truffles, carefully selected by us and cut into brisures ready for use. Our verrines are guaranteed to contain no synthetic or so-called natural flavors, so you can be sure of a quality preparation and an authentic product.

We choose perfectly ripe truffles so you can enjoy the intensity of black truffle flavors in your recipes. So you can prepare and enjoy truffle-flavoured dishes whatever the season!

To do this, simply add the chips to your purée, omelette or other preparation at the end of cooking. You can also mix them with cream before use for a fragrant preparation.

Brisures preserve truffles and their flavors for up to 2 years.
