STORAGE AND COOKING TIPS

The black truffle verrine can be kept for 3 years. After opening, keep refrigerated for 2/3 days.

Black truffles are not cooked, but can be heated slightly. Add it at the end of the recipe.

Truffles need a creamy texture to express their full range of aromas: cream and butter are the perfect accompaniments.
