Porcini sauté with garlic and parsley

30g dried porcini mushrooms -1 clove garlic – Flat-leaf parsley -40g butter

Rehydrate the porcini mushrooms.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and brown the porcini mushrooms for about 8 min. Blend the garlic and parsley, add to the porcini and cook for a further 3 min.

Enjoy your meal.

Porcini mush rooms are a perfect accompaniment to any dish.

Rehydrate in lukewarm water for 1 to 2 hours, then rinse and pan-fry.

Store in a dry place away from heat.
