We offer you a unique opportunity to combine theory and practice with a culinary workshop and the pleasure of tasting it.
No pre-requisites for this workshop.
Workshop dates
During the black truffle season, from December to March.
During the summer truffle and Burgundy truffle season from June to October.
Truffles will be processed differently outside these periods.
Workshop dates will be agreed with participants.
Workshop format
The workshop lasts around 2 hours and consists of a 1-hour introduction to truffles (visit to the truffle farm, discussion of truffles), followed by a 30-minute culinary workshop (15 minutes hands-on and 15 minutes advice on how to cook with truffles). Followed by a tasting of the truffle omelette or brouillade (with cheese, truffle mignardise, glass of wine and coffee).
