METHODS OF PAYMENT

All orders are payable in euros.

Payment for orders must be made :

• online by credit card via a secure connection
• by bank transfer
• by cheque in euros payable to Maison de Garniac

To pay for an order online, the buyer can use the following payment methods:
CB / Visa / Master Card.

For credit card payments, the debit is made when the order is validated, on condition that you have previously obtained authorization to debit your account from the relevant payment centers, failing which the order cannot be taken into account.

In the case of payment by cheque, the contract will not be concluded until the cheque has been cashed. The order will be dispatched once the cheque has been received and cleared. Delivery options are not available for payment by cheque. The customer has a period of seven (7) days to send the bank cheque by post. The order is automatically cancelled if payment is not received and this period is exceeded.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the electronic contract will only be concluded on receipt of the exact amount in our bank account. The order will be dispatched after receipt of the amount in our bank account. Delivery options are not available for payment by bank transfer. The customer has a period of seven (7) days to make the bank transfer. The order is automatically cancelled if payment is not received and this period is exceeded.

The customer certifies that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment.

Payment at time of order.
No discount will be granted for early payment.
The buyer must pay the full amount of the invoice.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Secure payment

Online payment by credit card is made in a secure environment using the “Secure Socket Layer” security system, which encrypts your bank details as they are transmitted over the network.

At no time are card numbers transmitted or stored on our servers, guaranteeing you the highest level of payment security.
