Our jars are made thanks to an 1 boiling process in order to protect the flavor of black truffle.
We don't use any synthesis aroma, you will only enjoy real black truffle flavor !

Conservation and culunary advice
The black truffle verrine can be kept for 3 years. After opening, keep 2/3 days in the refregirator.
Black truffles cannot be cooked but can heat up slightly.
Incorporate there at the end of the recipe.
The truffles needs smoothness to express its entire aromatic palette:
cream and butter will accompany you to enhance it.
